  Daughter of Floyd Cornelieus Butler & Mertis Mae (Roberson) Butler. Edna Butler Ballew - Obituary Edna Butler Ballew, 86, of Frost passed away Thursday, Aug. 22, 2002 at her residence. Visitation will be held from 6 to 8 p.m. today at Griffin-Roughton Funeral Home. Services will be 2 p.m. Saturday at Frost Baptist Church with the Rev. Joe Dowdy and the Rev. Johnny Singleton officiating. Interment will follow at Emmett Cemetery. Pallbearers will be Joe Brooks, Bobby Boucher, Andy Forman, Chris Pate, Wilson Tatum and Frank Allen. Mrs. Ballew was born Aug. 14, 1916 in Roane to Floyd C. Butler and Mae Roberson Butler. She married Robert Lee Ballew Feb. 15, 1939. She was a member of Frost Baptist Church. She resided in the same residence in Frost for over 60 years. She was a homemaker. Survivors include her children Leah Greenup and husband Wayne of Canyon, Robert Ballew and wife Velma, and Elizabeth Singleton and husband Johnny of Rising Star; grandchildren, LeeAnn Ramsey and husband David, Nanette Forman and husband Andy, April Allen, Lowell Ballew and wife Shay, Johnna Boucher and husband Bobby, Beth Ann Singleton and Melissa Kay Singleton; great-grandchildren, Cd Ramsey, Caleb, Hannah and Noah Forman, Sarah and Emma Allen, Aiden, Liam and Jude Ballew, Benjamin and Bethany Boucher; and numerous nieces, nephews and dear friends.
